My intensive one-on-one coaching program was created to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. The version of yourself that you may envision when you close your eyes and think about who you ultimately want the world to know you as.

As a professional athlete playing for both the CFL and NFL I had to learn not only how to master the game but how to increase my optimum levels of performance by using mindfulness to get laser-focused, spiritual alignment to keep my body, mind, and soul in tune, and proper body mechanics to maximize my movements with minimum repercussions.

Now I want to assist you to do the same.
